The Big Bib BBQ offers a full-service, family-friendly experience

The Big Bib’s barbecue is slow-cooked for up to 14 hours every day. We use aged oak and mesquite wood complemented with a special blend of herbs and spices which make up our special dry rub. The final meat product is smoked the way real barbecue should be. This time-consuming process gives the meat a pink tinge called a “smoke ring” which is a prized attribute in the barbecue arena. In beef the ring is a reddish-pink and in pork, chicken and turkey it’s bright pink.
