Our experienced and knowledgeable catering staff is friendly, efficient, and well prepared. We do the work, so you can relax and enjoy. Due to fluctuating food costs and energy related expenses: It is not possible to post our catering prices on our website.
Please include desired date, serving time(s), location and estimated number of guests. A detailed contract will be sent to you for approval. Return the signed contract with a 50% deposit and your event is booked.
My event is outside, what if it rains?
In the case of inclement weather, The Big Bib Team will continue its full service at your desired location.
When do I need to report my final guest count?
72 hours prior to the event. Any addition after that will be charged extra.
Final catering price is based on final guest count. No adjustments are made, if guest count is lower.
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the final bill.
How long will it take to serve my guests?
Standard serving time is 1 hour. Serving time and pricing varies, depending on final guest count.
Does the serving team need electricity/power or water?
Yes, depending on location.
What happens to the extra food at the end of the event?
All prepared food under the event contract will be left with the host of the event.
How much space does The Big Bib Team need for the event?
The amount of serving space needed is determined by final guest count and will be discussed during the site visit.
Do we have to have a set catering menu or do we have options?
You have options. The Big Bib is very flexible and willing to customize your event menu. Let us know your thoughts and we will do our best to make it happen.

Does The Big Bib provide on-site cooking?
Yes, for an additional charge.
Can we rent The Big Bib Too Event Center and have our event catered?
Yes. Please contact the Catering Department for schedule and pricing.
